The base of the Onyx14 cake is a brownie made with excellent dark chocolate from Santo Domingo infused with Cointreau orange liqueur. This is topped with layers of creamy Ghanaian chocolate and crispy feuilletine wafers, passion fruit crémeux and a little mango. We finish the cake with citrusy milk chocolate mousse, spray it with chocolate and decorated it with drops of chocolate gel and passion fruit. Each ONYX14 cake box has a numbered card inside. This card is worth keeping because on April 30th we will be raffling-off a Deconstruction* dinner experience for two. The winning serial number will be posted on ONYX Facebook, Instagram, and on onyxrestaurant.hu website on May 4th.
